• Faith Quest meets Wed. Oct. 5 at 10 am.
• Our Anniversary service, Oct. 16, will be followed by a potluck lunch. We have invited guests, so congregation members are asked to bring 2 dishes for the lunch – please sign up in the foyer to let the planning group know what you plan to bring.
• 160 for 160 – Wouldn't it be great to see our church full for the Anniversary Service (Oct. 16). Who are you planning to invite?
• Milk Bags wanted! – If you buy milk by the bag, please bring in the outer bags; they will be passed on to be crocheted into sleeping mats for homes in impoverished countries.
• Sign up in the foyer to read scripture during the service and/or bring snacks for coffee time. Please don't wait to be asked – everyone's participation is needed and appreciated!
• Choir practice Fridays at 10 am
• PAR – A Pre-Authorized Remittance programme is now available for making contributions to Emmanuel U. C. Information and application forms are available in the foyer.  
• Don't forget our "Extra Measures" Project in support of the Canadian Bible Society's Military Bible programme. There is a basket in the foyer for donations along with more information.
• Send a card to congregation members through the mailbox at the back of the Sanctuary; the children deliver them each Sun.
