We were closed last week to change over from spring/summer to fall/winter. We estimated that we spent 50 volunteer hours over 3 days. • Message from the Stewards: We have heard many concerns from the congregation about our existing chairs and tables in the hall.  The current chairs and tables are damaged, the wood is cracked, and the plastic chairs are a tripping hazard.  Recently we have had to remove a number of them due to safety concerns.  But we have exciting news!!  Made possible through donations from the Memorial Fund, the Stewards are in the process of replacing chairs and tables in the hall!  We are hoping by to have the new furniture in place by the fall … it will be amazing … new cushioned folding chairs, carts to stack and store the chairs safely, and new tables.  Once everything has arrived we will have to have a potluck to break them in!  Watch the hall for this exciting change coming soon.
