• Reminder – We're at the Toll farm this week – 2764 Unity Road - 10:30 am, rain or shine. Potluck to follow worship – cold items only please.
• At the "Look to the Future" meeting held Sun. Apr. 23, it was decided that we should go ahead with the vote on becoming an Affirming Ministry which was postponed a year ago. On Sun. May 28, the vote will be taken, by ballot, before the service begins; results to be announced at the end of worship. There will be some time before the vote for people to speak on why this is (or isn't) important to them. 
• A church newsletter is being prepared. Please send items to Leslie at 21569les@gmail.com by May 22. 
• Sharing Centre May and June special: Ladies tees and summer tops, $2.00 each or 3 for $5; great selection. We have great prices for the entire family. Open Tues. and Wed. 10-3, Thurs. 6-8 pm. 
• A special lady is having a birthday, and you're invited to help her celebrate. Fern Elaine Joyner is turning 60 and her party is Sat. June 24, 2-4 pm at Emmanuel U.C. Hall. Best wishes only, but cash donations to the Foodbank gratefully accepted. 
• 2nd Sunday Breakfast Worship: Feed your body, feed your soul, the 2nd Sunday each month, starting at 10:15 am; worship to follow.
