§ The
Mitten Tree is up; please
help decorate it with mittens, hats, scarves, etc., in support of the
Lion’s Club Christmas hampers.
§ We are looking for volunteers to help lay laminate flooring
in the Sunday School rooms – we are planning on doing the work in
January. If you are able to help us out please see Lynette.
§ Stewards meeting: Tues. Dec. 10 at 7 pm
§ Faith Quest meets Wed. Dec. 11 at 10 am in the Upper
Room.
§ All Women of the
congregation are invited to go out to
lunch
at Ramekins with the UCW, Wed. Dec. 11. The
regular meeting of the UCW will start at 11:30 am; we will carpool from the
church at 12:30 pm
§ Sat. Dec. 14 from
4-7 pm: Junior Church Pizza Night – The
children are invited to come for dinner, a movie, a scavenger
hunt and a
rehearsal of the pageant!
§ Sun. Dec. 15: White Gift Service, Junior Church Pageant
and Congregational Potluck Christmas Party – Please bring a gift (food,
toy, monetary) for the Lion’s Club Christmas Hampers. We will also collect dontions
towards Mission EducArte, Mexico, and, as usual, items for the Foodbank.
§ Choir Practice: Fridays at 10 am; new members welcome!
§ Suggested items for the Foodbank: flaked meats,
crackers, cookies, canned fruits and veggies, hygiene products
